Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

The major carriers do not have regular ground shipping outside the continental US.
Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged at Checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Items that exceed standard size and weight measurements will incur an additional charge. This will be noted with the item description.

Incorrect or not complete ship-to addresses will be charged the shipper's fee for correction and re-pick-up, reship if necessary, usually $12.00.  For your convenience, when your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. UPS and FedEx allows you to track your order while en route.

Return Policy

New merchandise can be returned or exchanged at the recipient's expense within 30 days of shipping for store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted (we do not refund the original ship charge on items that were originally shipped free of charge as an incentive. They will be credited/refunded minus what the actual ship charge was).

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:  The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags. Item has not been personalized in any way by JackandJillBabyGifts.com or others. All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase. 

We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you are not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so. A Return Authorization will be provided from JackandJillBabyGifts.com. 

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS or FedEx) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.  Original shipping packaging must be marked "damaged" when received. 

Please notify us of any damages during shipping and we will resolve the issue by replacing the damaged item.  A Return Authorization will be supplied by emailing customerservice@JackandJillBabyGifts.com.
